There was no mention about the Traveler Health Declaration form that must be filled out prior to traveling to Maldives.

Traveler Health Declaration (THD) must be filled out and submitted by all travelers traveling to and from Maldives, within 48 hours prior to their travel. You may submit the form electronically by clicking here Traveler Health Declaration Form
